Judge Charles "Chuck" Hoskin was appointed to Department E in 2009 and was re-elected in 2010, 2014 and 2020.
He served for four (4) years as the Presiding Judge in the Family Division, demonstrating leadership and improving the court system.
Judge Hoskin initiated the review and overhaul of the guardianship system.
He currently serves on the state-wide Child Support Commission and the Supreme Court's committee dedicated to improving family law throughout the State.
Judge Hoskin instructs attorneys and judges on numerous issues and teaches law students at the Boyd School of Law.
His leadership and commitment has been demonstrated during his 17 years on the bench and throughout his life.
